Terms of Service

By accessing or using SecureLMS ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, stop using the Platform immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SecureLMS Ltd.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account. SecureLMS enforces a one-active-session-per-user policy to protect course content integrity — sharing credentials violates these terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

Upon successful payment, SecureLMS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the purchased course for the duration specified at checkout. Courses are delivered via encrypted HLS streams with 7-layer DRM protection. You may not download, record, redistribute, or attempt to circumvent our security measures. Access may be time-limited as specified per course. SecureLMS reserves the right to revoke access if unauthorized distribution is detected.

Instructors retain copyright to their original course content but grant SecureLMS a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, distribute, and promote the content on the Platform. Instructors warrant that their content does not infringe third-party IP rights, contains no illegal material, and meets SecureLMS quality standards. SecureLMS reserves the right to remove content and suspend instructor accounts for violations.

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our payment partners (Razorpay, Stripe). By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charge. SecureLMS reserves the right to change prices at any time. Your local tax authority may require us to collect and remit taxes on your purchase.

In summary: you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have consumed less than 20% of the course content and have not received a completion certificate. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

You must not: (a) use automated tools to scrape or download content; (b) share your account credentials; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer our DRM or security systems; (d) submit false reviews; (e) harass other users or instructors; (f) use the Platform for illegal activities; (g) resell access. Violation results in immediate termination without refund.

SecureLMS respects IP rights. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to legal@securelms.com including: description of the work, URL of infringing content, your contact info, and a statement of good faith. We will respond within 72 hours and remove infringing content pending investigation.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that course content will meet your specific career or educational goals. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecureLMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to SecureLMS in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under [Arbitration Rules] in [City, Country]. Class action waiver: you waive any right to participate in class actions against SecureLMS.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
