Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested within 1hr of purchase if: (a) you have consumed less than 20% of the course content, and (b) you have not received a completion certificate.

How to Request a Refund

Email refunds@securelms.com with your order ID and reason. Our team will review within 2 business days and confirm eligibility.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for: accounts with completed certificates, bulk/enterprise purchases (separate agreement applies), courses purchased with promotional discounts >50%, or accounts suspended for policy violations.
